Rayane from LCS

Over the past two weeks, we had the pleasure of hosting Rayane Shbib at the GreenCats lab! Rayane is a PhD student at the Laboratoire Catalyse & Spectrochimie (LCS) in Caen, France, where she develops iron oxide‑based catalysts for the mitigation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and CO under the supervision of Prof. Marco Daturi. Her work combines in situ FTIR spectroscopy for catalyst characterization with operando FTIR to unravel the mechanisms of VOC and CO oxidation.

During her stay in Prague, supported by the Barrande mobility programme between France and the Czech Republic, Rayane focused on metal deposition onto catalyst supports to enhance their catalytic activity under the supervision of Jaroslav Aubrecht.

Thank you, Rayane, for the inspiring discussions and productive time in the lab. We look forward to continuing our collaboration between Laboratoire Catalyse & Spectrochimie and GreenCats.Zobrazit překlad
