Raphael defended his Thesis

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 Raphael Chukwudi 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺!

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending Raphael’s master’s thesis defense and the graduation ceremony of the IMATEC Erasmus Mundus students. We are delighted that Raphael was one of four students to graduate with honours in Technology for Circular Economy, a joint degree awarded by three universities in the Czech Republic, Spain, and Finland.

His master’s thesis, “Towards lignin valorization: catalytic upgrading of lignin model compounds to alkyl phenolics,” was carried out under the supervision of Prof. David Kubička at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague).
